Meditation, one day event or start day of Taiji, Bagua retreat - Rodakino, Rethymno, Crete, 21/05

On the first day (21/05) of Olaf Rolving's retreat (21 May - 4 June · Rodakino, Crete) we will start with presense technique which hopfully will lead us into deeper meditative states thru sitting, moving and breathing.
